We understand that plans can change. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time and no-shows may result in the forfeiture of any booking fee or deposit paid.
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, however, appointment times may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other bookings.
KOA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments when necessary. In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative appointment.
