Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect preferences selected during customization, or dissatisfaction with chosen colours, flavours, or other custom options. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Email Address] with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or suitable resolution. KOA reserves the right to assess all claims on a case-by-case basis.
